The Congress is conducted under the authority of the Organising Committee, whose decisions are final in all academic and administrative matters.


Congress Overview and Scope

WCND 2026 is a global academic and civilizational congress encompassing 24 university-level disciplines, including:
Philosophy, Sociology, Political Science, Ecology & Environment, Education, Law, Anthropology, Comparative Religions, History, International Relations, Peace Studies, Behavioral Sciences, Environment & Ecology, Pollution Studies, Geography, Agriculture, Economics, Women’s Studies, Journalism & Media Studies, Literature & Cultural Studies, Natural & Life Sciences, Mathematics, Digital & AI Ethics, Medical, Health & Well-Being Sciences.

The Congress is dedicated to the study, ethical grounding, and applied frameworks of Natural Democracy, a universal democratic paradigm integrating humanity, Earth, and planetary responsibility. It advances democracy beyond political systems toward a holistic civilizational vision, fostering interdisciplinary and global dialogue.


Official Language Policy
  • Official working languages: English (UK or US academic standard) and Hindi.
  • Limited Hindi support may be provided for domestic participants.
  • All formal submissions, presentations, and publications shall be in English, unless otherwise notified.
  • Communication via official email is conducted in English and Hindi.

Registration Guidelines
  • Prior registration via the official online portal is mandatory.
  • Categories: Domestic & International faculty, academics etc., and student.
  • Registration is complete only upon successful payment and confirmation.
  • Registration fees are non-transferable.
  • Early Bird registration offers reduced fees and priority seating, including premium access for the first 500 participants.
  • The Organising Committee may revise registration policies as required.
  • Withdrawal or cancellation must be communicated in writing. Refunds are subject to Organising Committee policy.

Modes of Participation

Physical (On-site) :

  • Attendance at designated venue during scheduled dates.
  • Participants must follow venue protocols, security regulations, and academic schedules.

Virtual (Online) :

  • Facilitated via officially designated digital platforms.
  • Access credentials provided to registered participants prior to sessions.
  • The Congress is not liable for individual technical disruptions.

Submission and Academic Contribution Guidelines
  • Accepted submissions: Abstracts, full-length papers, research proposals, panels, thematic presentations, workshops, and poster presentations.
  • All submissions undergo academic / scientific review.
  • The Organising Committee may assign accepted papers to appropriate sessions.
  • Selected abstracts may be published in the official WCND 2026 Conference Souvenir, e-proceedings, and academic platforms.
  • Some papers may be published as ISBN books through international publishers.
  • Oral, poster, and panel presentations must follow strict time allocations and formats.
  • Detailed poster presentation and submission instructions will be provided in the Submission Guidelines document.
  • Submission languages: English required; Hindi permitted for domestic participants.

Presentation Guidelines
  • Oral Presentations: Time allocations strictly enforced.
  • Poster Presentations: Format, size, and thematic instructions communicated in advance.
  • Panels and Workshops: Convenors are responsible for academic coherence and time management.
  • Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of presentation privileges.

Awards and Recognition
  • Academic Awards: Best Paper, Best Abstract, Best Proposal, Best Panelist, Best Presentation.
  • WCND Noble Question Award: Recognises exceptional ethical and civilizationally significant questions. Details shortly.
  • International Awards: Recognises global contributions aligned with Natural Democracy.
  • Junior Academia / School Division: Special school-level initiatives.

Collaboration and Universities
  • WCND 2026 follows a participant-driven collaboration model.
  • Collaboration universities will be announced after 30 June 2026.
  • Groups, institutions, or organisations may register via the Congress Secretariat.
  • Institutional Endorsement Code available upon registration.

Code of Conduct and Academic Ethics
  • Uphold academic integrity, inclusivity, and professional conduct.
  • Respect diverse perspectives.
  • Practice ethical research and citation standards.
  • Alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited on-site.
  • Violations may result in removal without refund.
  • Plagiarism or unethical conduct leads to immediate disqualification.

Accessibility and Inclusivity
  • Participants with disabilities are welcome.
  • Assistance through guardians or support personnel permitted.
  • Accommodations provided for dignity, accessibility, and meaningful engagement.

Intellectual Property and Publication Rights
  • Authors retain full copyright.
  • Submission grants WCND 2026 a non-exclusive licence for publication, archiving, and promotion.

Venue and Logistics
  • Locations: Rajgir and Bodh Gaya, Bihar, India.
  • Duration: Seven days (Online: 14–16 November, On-site: 17–20 November).
  • Support for first-time visitors: Cultural orientation, travel guidance, 24-hour assistance desk, emergency contacts.
  • Flags of all +195 UN member countries installed; 4-meter Universal Citizen Selfie Point for planetary consciousness.

Health, Safety, and Climate Advisory
  • Local climate conditions should guide travel and attire planning.
  • Medical insurance is strongly recommended, especially for international participants.
  • Emergency services available subject to local availability.

Visa, Immigration, and International Participation
  • International participants are responsible for visas.
  • Invitation letters provided to registered participants.
  • Compliance with all host-country regulations is mandatory.

Media, Photography, and Recording Policy
  • Delegates consent to use of photographs, audio, or video recordings for academic, archival, and promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Selected sessions archived; official photos uploaded within 24 hours.

Communication, Updates, and Notices
  • Official updates released Mondays and Fridays at 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM IST.
  • Participants should monitor official website and registered emails.
  • Emergency or high-priority notices may be issued at any time.

Legal Disclaimer and Jurisdiction
  • The Organising Committee may modify the programme structure or schedule when necessary.
  • The Congress is not liable for force majeure events.
  • All matters are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
