To facilitate a seamless and enjoyable stay, we are collaborating with select local hotels in close proximity to the Congress venue. These establishments provide a balance of accessibility, comfort, and quality, catering to a range of preferences and budgets.

The official hotel list and online booking links will be made accessible through the registration portal. Participants are encouraged to make advance reservations, as rooms are limited. To secure a preferential rate, please apply the code #WCND2026 when booking.

Meals

The Congress is committed to providing a selection of nourishing, wholesome meals to sustain attendees throughout the event. Our catering partners will offer cuisine that accommodates a variety of dietary preferences, ensuring both quality and inclusivity.

Meal Programme:

• Breakfast:
  A complimentary hot breakfast will be served each morning at designated venues, providing an energising start to the day’s proceedings.
• Lunch:
  A daily luncheon featuring an assortment of international cuisine will be provided, with vegetarian and vegan options readily available.
• Gala Dinner:
  The Gala Dinner, held on the final day of WCND 2026, represents a pinnacle of celebration, recognition, and inspiration. This distinguished evening affords delegates the opportunity to reflect upon the Congress’s achievements while forging enduring connections with the global community.
  • Gala Dinner Registration: The portal for registration will be open from 1 July to 28 July 2026.
  • Note: Separate registration is required for participation in the Gala Dinner.
